Program: Chosen from Ascension Press

Chosen takes young people on a journey through the entire Catholic faith in all its richness and vitality. Teens will be captivated by the story, from Creation all the way through salvation history, and they will come to see how the sacraments, prayer, and discipleship are the keys to a happy life. The goal of this 24-lesson program is nothing short of winning over the hearts of teens and making them disciples of Christ.

Looking for our Confirmation Preparation process and details?

St. John Neumann's Youth Confirmation Preparation gives a full experience of the Catholic faith: worship, community, service, formation. Our young disciples explore Catholicism from the inside, by the light of the Holy Spirit. They arrive at the sacrament of Confirmation prepared to continue that journey and bear witness to Christ’s saving goodness and love for a lifetime.

Youth Candidates for Confirmation:

• Are in at least 10th grade, are baptized, and have received First Communion.
• Participate in a Catholic School or Parish Faith Formation the year prior to preparing for the sacrament and while preparing for the sacrament.
• Go to Mass regularly and are committed to the preparation.
