LIFT:
• $60/child or youth
• For children/youth ages 6-17 who would benefit from a specialized environment and adaptive approach to faith formation
• One Wednesday and one Tuesday per month, 5:45-6:45pm
• Parents/caregivers are present during the gatherings to support their child and enjoy fellowship

• Ages 3-5 (kindergarten): $80/child
• Sunday mornings during 10:00am Mass
• Kindergartners can choose either Sunday School or Family Formation (see below)
• Further details available from [email protected]Family Formation (Gr. K-5) & Youth Formation (Gr. 6-12):
• $80/ household + $80/child or youth.
• In total $160/first child/youth, $80 each additional child/youth.
• Family Formation: Sundays 11am-12pm; Wednesdays 4:30pm-5:30pm; or Wednesdays 6pm-7pm
• Kindergartners can choose either Family Formation or Sunday School (see above)
• Youth Formation: Sundays 4:00-5:15pm or 6:30-7:45pm

• $70/each, paid together as $140
• For baptized children/youth 2nd grade and older;
• Have attended faith formation at a parish or Catholic school the year before preparing for First Reconciliation and First Communion
• This could be at a Catholic school or a parish faith formation program

• $100/youth
• For youth 10th grade and older who have received baptism & communion
• Candidates need to be in formal formation in faith both the year before and the year during which they're preparing for Confirmation -

Catechist DiscountWeekly group Catechists receive a 100% discount on Faith Formation fees (sacramental preparation fees still paid separately). The discount is dependent on completion of an "E-3" Signed Code of Conduct, Safe Training through VIRTUS, and a successfully approved background
check. The discount is applied to registration if completed before September 15, 2024. Contact [email protected] for further information.Other- Donations to offset scholarships are gratefully accepted.
- Non-Parishioner Administrative Fee: $25/family.
- Late fee after 8/28/24 deadline: $35/family.
- Payment Handling (non-refundable): Credit Card (CC): 3.35%; Bank Account (ACH): 1.15%.
- (CC fee is added as default throughout the registration process and can be changed at the end.)
- St. John Neumann reduces refunds by:
- 25% after 10/1
- 50% after 11/1
- 75% after 12/1

Partnering in Faith FormationThank you for sharing your gifts with our children and youth! We fully equip our volunteers to lead their groups’ with materials and actively accompany them throughout their ministry as they accompany their groups.
There are a number of opportunities that do not involve leading groups - see the links below.
St. John Neumann is committed to promoting a safe environment for everyone including children, youth, and vulnerable adults. All volunteers who have either regular or unsupervised interactions with children or youth must be in compliance with the Archdiocesan Safe Environment requirements known as Essential 3. Ministry partners must be compliant with requirements before volunteering.The Essential 3 entail:
- Completing a Background Check.
- Signing a Code of Conduct.
- Completing safe environment training, VIRTUS.
