Opportunities > Children's Liturgy of the Word 575 Prayer Leader for Liturgy of the Word with ChildrenRead and pray the Sunday scriptures with children ages 6 to 10 for twenty minutes during the 5pm, 8am, or 10am mass. Individual mentoring provided. Rotating schedule. Good for parent/child or adult/teen teams Qualifications: Ability to read to children. Willingness to share faith with young children. Ability to invite children to explore and share through God's Word. Must attend Prohibited Behaviors Orientation Class (scheduled several times during the fall months and approximately 2 hours in length).
