| By helping a couple prepare for the Sacrament of Marriage members of this ministry attempt to make a difference in the world through our efforts in our own sphere of influence. We also contribute to the adult formation in Christian values and demonstrate that we are a community that welcomes and reaches out to all. |
| Description |
| Married couples meet with and help prepare engaged couples for marriage. Initial training 6-8 hours. Three to four 2-hour meetings with engaged couples. |
| Responsibilities | |
- This entails administering a pre-marriage inventory and meeting to discuss the results of the inventory.
- Using the inventory as a guide, you will facilitate the engaged couple's discussion of their relationship and offer insights from your own marriage experience.

| Qualifications |
| Couples should be married a minimum of five years. Couples should have good communication skills. Couples should have a willingness to share about your personal relationship. |
| Time Commitment |
| Initial training - 1 Session (7 hours) and to work with three engaged couples per year with a minimum of three meetings per couple. |
