| Contributing to the religious education of our youth, Confirmation Retreat Team Members help Confirmation candidates to explore and give thanks for their personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Confirmation Retreat Team Members also contribute to the sense of community at SJN by helping Confirmation candidates recognize their place within the SJN community. | |

| Qualifications | |
| Reliability. Ability to greet people and extend hospitality. Listening skills. Comfort with both youth and adults. | |
| Time Commitment | |
| One year commitment, renewable annually. Attend 3-4 retreat planning meetings (1-2 hours each). Attend Team Workshop from 9-3 . Attend one or more Confirmation in late October - Early November. Retreats (contact Steve Grass for exact retreat dates). | |
