| Description |
| Teach your children about their faith in your home. Choose this if you also have registered for Family Taught Faith Formation during program registration. |
| Responsibilities | |
- Meet weekly with your own youth to walk through discussions and activities on doctrine and Scripture based on the curriculum. (Curriculum is provided.)
- Prepare fully for each week's session by reviewing the materials ahead of time.
- Participate in a service project(s) with your youth.
- Participate in large group sessions (retreat, etc.) with the same focus and commitment as in the regular sessions.

| Qualifications |
| Firm Catholic faith and willingness to share personal faith stories/experiences. Love and care for teens; willing to deepen relationship with your own youth. Kind, affirming, open, and approachable. Assertive with rules, expectations, and consequences. Desire to encourage and challenge youth to discover and grow in faith. |
