| The New Parishioner Registration process presents our catholic parish community to those seeking membership and provides an opportunity to demonstrate the ways the parish reaches out to encourage and nourish our growth in Christian faith. |
| Description |
| Present information about St. John Neumann and registration process to new parishioners at scheduled weekend sessions. |
| Responsibilities | |
- Work with a partner to give a scripted power point presentation, including an overview of the materials in the current New Parishioner Registration packet to new parishioners.
- Respond to and direct questions from those considering parish membership.
- Put out other handouts and forms of interest as requested by staff.
- Collect completed membership forms and any other materials and hand them in as directed.

| Presentation skills, Reliability, Enjoy meeting other people, Open, Friendly manner, Able to work as a team member. |
| Time Commitment |
| Approximately once every three months for 1 1/2 hours (15 minutes to prepare and set-up; 60 minute presentation to new member class; 15 minutes after presentation to clean up). |

| Training |
| You will be paired with an experienced presenter for the first several times. Ongoing information and self-improvement skills are covered at yearly meeting. |
