| Contribution to Parish Mission Statement |
| By capturing on film and/or other media, the outward expression of the members of St. John Neumann faith community as they put into action Christ's message, participation in all types of ministry is encouraged. This promotes and encourages the fulfillment of the entire mission statement in all its aspects. |
| Description |
| Take candid and posed photos at ministry events, meetings, projects, etc. for posting on ministry bulletin board and in parish publications. |
| Responsibilities | |
- To take candid and posed photos (color and/or black and white) of ministry events, people, projects, meetings etc. for posting on ministry bulletin board.
- To see that film is developed or digital images cataloged and saved in a timely manner and returned to Communications Staff Liaison as mutually agreed upon.
- To notify Communications Staff Liaison before any appointments are made to take photos of individuals alone - that is - not involved in a group activity and/or at a site that is away from the church buildings.

| Qualifications |
| Knowledge of photography skills. Ability to meet deadlines and schedules. Flexible with regard to hours available. Friendly and at ease working with people. Own your own camera. (Comment: Film and developing costs are provided for. Budget will be decided jointly.) |
| Time Commitment |
| Varies with events and needs. May require attendance at event for just a few minutes or for the entire length of the event. Quarterly 2 hour meeting with team and staff person to plan assignments. |
